1. Change of Mind

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Email calmskinconz@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

We'll replace or refund the item where eligible.

3. Allergic Reactions

If a product causes irritation, stop use immediately. If irritation continues consult your healthcare provider.
