1. Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

2. Delivery Options & Costs

Urban NZ: $8.00 

Rural NZ: $15.00 (You must select this if you live at a rural address)

Note: If rural delivery is not selected and your address is rural, your order will not be shipped until the correct fee is paid.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Urban: 3–5 working days

Rural: 4–7 working days

4. Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

5. Loss or Damage 

We take every precaution to ensure that all orders are carefully packaged and dispatched in excellent condition. All orders are sent with tracked shipping for your peace of mind. However, once an order has been handed over to the courier, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss, delay, or damage that may occur during transit.
