How to Use

🛁 For the bath:

Add 1–2 cups of Epsom salts to warm running water. Soak for 15–20 minutes to relax sore muscles, ease stress, and support the skin’s natural recovery.

🌿 For a facial soak:

Dissolve 1–2 tablespoons of Epsom salts in a bowl of warm water. Gently immerse your face or apply with a soft cloth for a few minutes to open pores, draw out impurities, and leave skin feeling refreshed and smooth.

If you have very sensitive or compromised skin, start with ½–1 teaspoon instead and patch test before use.
